How do i make a link live on excerpted home page post?

It's the first post:

At the end is a line that says "Click here to watch and listen."

If you click on the title of the post and get to the full page, it's a live link but in the excerpted home page post, it isn't. How does Genesis/Education theme treat this? In other themes I have used there is simple a setting that doesn't allow certain tags to get stripped out? Where do I find that setting in Genesis?

just edited the post slightly to say:

Go to Bob’s YouTube page to watch and listen: Diane Ravitch video.

But still not live on home page.
