Seems like I should know this, but I have no idea.

Nope. In the past, I was able to choose Navigation Extras from my Genesis theme settings. Why do I not have that option on this install? Is there a way to get it back?

    From this post: http://my.studiopress.com/snippets/nav-extras/

As of Genesis 2.1, the Primary Navigation Extras options have been removed for new installs. (upgrades of current installs to 2.1 will not lose the Primary Navigation Extras settings).
