    I want to remove any unused input boxes in the edit view of pages/posts. I found code snippets on the Studiopress website to remove the Layout settings and SEO settings. I can't find any code to remove the new 'Scripts' section that appeared after Gen 2.0.

    Can anyone advise?

    Here's a large list of metaboxes you can remove: http://thomasgriffinmedia.com/blog/2012/11/remove-metaboxes-genesis-theme-seo-settings-pages/

    Andrea, I did try adding the code into my functions php file and I got a fatal error message. Would you know what I would add to my functions file to get rid of the scripts box in the admin area/page view? Have you tested the code yourself? Perhaps I did not understand Tom's instructions.

    Thanks for your time, Seb

    Okay, had to dig in the Genesis core a little, but this works:

    //* Remove scripts metabox on post and page editors
    remove_action( 'admin_menu', 'genesis_add_inpost_scripts_box' );

    Thanks for your time on this. You have been really helpful. I like your website by the way, nice mouse over effects on the 3 columns under the call to action.
