How can I duplicate the homepage functionality on a new page?

Is there a way to duplicate the widgetized functionality of the homepage? E.g. have a second page (http://www.website.com/new-page) look and function similar to the homepage.

I am using a third party child theme (winning agent pro) with Genesis Framework.

Create a new template file and copy the code from home file to new template file.
