    I'd like to make a site that opens with a full-screen image (on any device), and NO menu, with the menu sliding up the screen and becoming sticky as you scroll. Can anyone point to resources, tutorials, manuals, plugins or products to help with this?

    Here is an example with static image (but it could be a slider too):
