Hi all
I want to customize my site . As I am a complete beginner, i have change the color and other settings by net only. Can anyone suggest what should I do.
Can we have grid style in category pages or homepage

For changing colors you can edit css in style.css file.

For setting up grid layout, use this plugin - https://wordpress.org/plugins/genesis-grid-loop/

thanks for the info. Does the above plugin works for category or home pages also. If no, are there any plugins for my requirements.

Yes, plugin has settings panel where you can enable / disable grid layout for homepage, archives, category and so on.
