    Hello,

    Looking for a way to hide the custom background on the front page. Didn't want to do it with css but in functions.php. I tried this code but it didn't work:

    if ( is_front_page() ) {
    	remove_theme_support( 'custom-background' );
    }

    Any help is appreciated!

    Thanks.

    What happens if you add the function without the conditional to your front-page.php file?

    Hello Brad,

    I was using beaver builder full width page layout and added it there. That did the trick. Thanks a lot!
