    I am using the infinity pro theme. My menu links to certain widget areas on my site, the same as a one page site. The problem is when I use it and it takes me to that area, if I scroll up, there is a line across the bottom of the above widget area.

    I just cant figure out what the problem is.

    Any help much appreciated.

    That is the bottom of the last section peeking through and doesn't always happen. If you write CSS you can change the very bottom of a dark section, bottom border to the color of the next section background to help disguise this. If you can write jQuery you can create an animated scroll, get the height of the sticky, adjust the offset and do it that way, but that is very complicated for a non-coder.

    this code here is pushing the other elements up and causing the issue. Sometimes margin works better than padding. You need to adjust this code:

    .front-page-7 {
    	border-top: 73px solid transparent;
    	margin-top: -73px;
    	-webkit-background-clip: padding-box;
    	-moz-background-clip:    padding;
    	background-clip:         padding-box;
    	position: relative;
    	z-index: 9;
    }
