When I try to login to the wp-admin page,
I get redirected to a page with a captcha, a submit button, and
the following text:
What code is in the image?
(A submit button)

The page source included the following line:
Any ideas? Hosting is Aplus.net
Calling them led to one of the tech support telling us they just put a security update in place. He was able to get to the dashboard from his "internal" computer. No luck clearing history or changing browsers.http://blog.brooksgoldmannpublishing.com
When I try the domain wit /wp-admin at the end of it, I get the regular log in screen. Have you tried that? Otherwise, I'd recommend going to your file manager in your hosting account and then renaming the plugin folder to plugins-off. There may be a plugin conflict.

Yes, I get the regular login screen, but after attempting to log in, that's when the problems occur.
Feel free to try logging in as brooksadmin (with no password) and watch what happens.
I did get out of the hosting company (I don't know if I can mention their name) that they recently made some security update that limits users to three attempts. However I told them this occurred on the first try.
