    Hi All,
Just wanted to say hello and that I'm looking forward to listening and learning. Haven't used WordPress in many years and even then it was in a very limited way - things have changed enough so that I may as well be starting from scratch. I'm starting a new venture with 2 colleagues (it's a "social business" practice with associated events and meetups - social business as in using social tools and collaboration to make business more effective rather than the Muhammad Yunus definition of a social business/enterprise).

Because we are bootstrapping the business with very limited funds, we decided to build our basic website DIY, cool, stylish, and with responsive design but with as little cost and technical help as possible. That led us to WordPress, the Genesis framework, and the Streamline Pro theme. We are trying to keep the theme, plug ins and widgets as vanilla as possible, but I see that we will probably need to get in to a bit of CSS and HTML coding whether we like it or not. I used to be technical many decades ago, so that's not too frightening. So far the support from the Studiopress team has been excellent, and the community here looks great... so I hope we can give something as well as take.
