    Howdy Forum Folks!

    I've been snooping around here for some time -- getting some amazing tips and tricks. But, this is my first post! Woohoo!

    I'm thinking of using the Balance theme for my 2nd website. Not sure if this is the proper place to ask this question, but wanted to get some info before I went ahead and made the jump.

    I want to replace the current header that's light grayish that runs across the page with a panoramic photo. Kind of similar to this website, but instead of a graphic an actual photo: http://streamofhealing.com/ (The site has a a light blue wave that goes across the page & under the opt-in box.)

    Can someone provide me with instructions on how to do this (or point me to a resource)?  Any help would be appreciated!

    Thank you!

    JK

    That is coded using CSS:

    #home-featured {
        background: url("YOUR IMAGE URL HERE") no-repeat scroll left center #F2FAFF;
        margin: 0 0 50px;
    }

    Sorry, coded that in visual instead of text. You should be seeing the right code now.

    Thank you so much for that! Seems simple enough!

    Do I need to have a certain sized image that will work best?

    You want the image to be the width of that area. Their image is sized 1,280px ?— 184px.
