I am having trouble with my website http://iris-impressions.com. As far as I am aware I did not make any changes recently preceding these errors.

I am running the Magazine child theme on the Genesis Framework.

When I go to my site the header does not load, nor does any of the magazine style front page content. Content on other pages does load, but the header is gone and formatting is off.

I am unable to login to my dashboard and get the following error:
    404
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/rrreowne/public_html/iris-impressions/wp-content/themes/magazine/functions.php:1) in /home/rrreowne/public_html/iris-impressions/wp-login.php on line 414

Any ideas what could be wrong and what I can do to fix this?

As a follow up to this, I just downloaded and opened the error log from my site and found this message:

[07-Jul-2014 12:20:49] PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Suhosin Extension does not officially support PHP 5.2 and below anymore, because it is discontinued. Use it at your own risk. in Unknown on line 0

I am not sure what this means and if it is related to the errors on my site?

OK I'm totally confused now. I just noticed that functions.php was modified yesterday and strangely it was only 1kb. I downloaded it and it's empty except for the numbers '404'.

Does this mean my blog was hacked or something?

Your site seems to be running fine now, I assume you fixed the problem!?
