WP 3.9.2, Genesis Magazine 2.1.2 Theme
I have developed tens of wp sites, and this is the first time this happens to me and I cannot find a way to fix it.

In the site http://extremeimprint.com, I have the header with a custom image, and the background with a custom image as well.
When opening the page, everything looks good. Both Header and background appear.
When navigating through the menu both the header and background dissapear! Click on home and they appear again...

    Any ideas why?
    thanks

Have you thought about updating to HTML 5?

Must be something in your code that's doing that.

    Thanks.
What does updating to HTML5 entail?
I know there must be something wrong with the code... my question is why in a number of other sites with the same WP version and the same theme I do not have this problem. (I re-installed WP, and I re-installed the theme...)
    thanks,
    Peter

    Its a 3 minute job http://cobaltapps.com/genesis-xhtml-to-html5-css-converter/

Might be modified code or a plugin conflict.

Deactivate all plugins and reactivate one by one.

    Otherwise its a CSS problem

I would suggest that you review your CSS format. It might be the source of problem.
