How can I make the GENESIS > THEME SETTINGS header and footer settings box show up for other users on a multisite subsite? I've made the user an administrator on his site but he can't see it. Only me as Super Admin have it showing up.

    Thanks

Anyone have any idea on how to change this setting in Genesis? I want other users to be able to see the Header and Footer script boxes on Theme Settings under the Genesis menu.
