    Hi

    Whenever someone guest posts on my site, I give them a byline, but they all go under the user name of 'guest post' as I don't want to create a user for each one.

    I am concerned that with google looking more at guest posting now I am going to be penalized for having all these guest posts under one author name of 'guest post'.

    Does anyone have any workarounds or know of any plugins whereby I can have author names without creating a user each time?

    Try Co-Authors Plus plugin.

    Author Spotlight (Widget) plugin goes hand in hand with that.
