    Hi folks - I'm having an issue with email notifications being sent from the Gravity Forms plugin on Genesis (Epik Theme) and hosted by Synthesis Web Hosting.

    I've installed the WP SMTP plugin but terms like SMTP host and port and username and password are ambiguous at best.

    For those who've worked through this annoyance, do I need to be looking at the port and username and password of my hosting company to get it (Synthesis) to send out an email or is this all about my mail server over at my Hotmail account?
