    This is a long shot.

I have a Gravity Form that is not functioning properly, and I have tracked it down to a conflict with the Studiopress add-on for W3 Total Cache.

    Here is the form:

    https://www.101words.org/test/

When you scroll down and click Start My Submission, the page reloads.

I have tried to exclude that page from every exclusion box I can find, but nothing works. When I disable the Studiopress add-on, the form works.

    Will someone answer my prayer?

    Hi,

Sorry that your post went unanswered for so long.
The posts on this forum are mostly answered by volunteers and sometimes questions are overlooked or get pushed out-of-view.

I hope you found help for this plugin incompatibility.

Just in case you didn't know, you can also ask questions in the Facebook group (https://facebook.com/groups/genesiswp) and the Slack group (https://genesis.community/slack).
