I'm having an issue with gravatar images in one area of my website. I have tried everything in my knowledge (pretty limited to be honest) to fix this issue but I can't figure it out.
I'd be very willing to pay someone to fix this issue, I'm pretty sure I can identify the problem but I can't figure out the solution. I really need this fixed ASAP.
I'd obviously give someone FTP access etc if needed. Sorry I would upload screenshots to make it clearer but I don't think this support ticket has that functionality.
I should add the problem is through BuddyBoss and Genesis Sample Theme..Buddyboss support has been terrible.
You won't be able to see the problem if you click on the website as it's in a locked community area.
