Google Structured Data Error Home Page

I can find not find a fix for the Google Structured Data Error on Home page using the LifeStyle Theme.  This error message is in my Google Webmaster Tools... has the same error message per post on the page.  If I submit an "inner" page to the Rick Snippet Tool - I get all good data.
