Hello all,
I am looking to implement a Google+ button much in the same way Google has on the following page (see link below). I really like the "Learn something interesting? G+ button" style. Just not sure the best way to codify this, where to put it, etc.
Can anyone help?

You can grab the button code from here https://developers.google.com/+/web/+1button/ and align it to the right of your text.
Display it in your theme using Genesis Simple Hooks plugin or add it to a custom function.
This did work and i thank you for the tip.
However, now i have this button at the bottom of all my excerpts as well. Any way to turn that off?

Add the code to a conditional tag or hide the link and button using CSS:
.home .google_plus_share { display: none; }PHP code is the best way to do this.
