    Is anyone here well versed on Google+ authorship? Since I went to the Genesis framework and Google+ vanity URL, my authorship is broken ..... any help would be greatly appreciated!

    What do you mean that your authorship is broken? Keep in mind that Google is reducing the amount of author photos that show up in search results, particularly targeting people in the Realty industry.

    @reedsync: Use Google's Structured Data Tool: http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets?q=michaelreedrealtor.com

    You have verification issues and possible markup errors.

    Thanks for the reply @songdogtech --- I used the tool but do not have the background to solve the issues.

    Did you try following the instructions here?

    Claim Google Authorship for Your WordPress Website in 3 Easy Steps

    You might try using this URL in the WP User Profile screen in the Google+ field instead:
    https://plus.google.com/102576485186384944365

    One semi-unrelated suggestion: It's better to have a separate WP user that you post under, which has only the Author role, instead of posting under "admin" - it's considered a security risk (see here: http://esdev.net/wordpress-security-tip-dont-post-from-your-admin-account/ ). If you decide to set up a posting-only user account, then you can bulk-edit the existing posts to change their author user from the All Posts screen. Then you could tackle the Google+ authorship thing from that new user account.
