    Hi,
Presently, I use Ultimage google Analytics plugin for my blog. But I was wondering if Genesis comes with a plugin for it or is there a script box to place the GA code in ?
    Please, let me know.
    Thank you for your help.

    andoll,

You can paste the Google Analytics within the Genesis > Theme Settings under the Header and Footer Scripts section. It can go within the first box which hooks the wp_head action.

Make sure to include the <script></script> tags if needed.

I use the News-Pro theme (v 3.0.2) and In Genesis - Theme Settings, there's no Header and Footer Scripts section -- only (1) Information (2) Color Style (3) Default Layout (4) Navigation (5) Comments / Trackbacks sections. I keep reading about a Headers and Footer Scripts section but mine does not have that option.

There should be a drop down at the top right of your screen that says "Screen Options".

Click that and see if perhaps several theme settings menus are unchecked and not being displayed for you?

You seem to be missing "Content Archives" and "Header and Footer Scripts", perhaps more.

Perfect! That was the problem. I knew there was Options for the regular WP Posts but didn't notice it for Theme options. Thank you!!
