Google Analytics not working?

I've added the tracking information to the Theme Settings on the Header and Footer Scripts for wp_head()

It's been a couple of days and it's still not showing up. Any ideas as to why?

You might want to double check your tracking code in Google Analytics.

I did not put the code in two sections and the code you have is the same exact code from the tracking code section of Google analytics.

last line have quotation problem . Right one is ga('set', '&uid', {{USER_ID}}); // Set the user ID using signed-in user_id.

I guess I don't understand what the user id is...where is it coming from? I tried creating one in google analytics and it just had me create a 'view' of some sort. I took it off for now. I'll let you know if it shows up tomorrow.
