Can someone remind me how to get the homepage image showing in the Going Green theme. My site is http://www.medical.expert-witness-blog.com. I want it to work like the demo.

Is this supposed to work off the Featured posts or the Featured images you insert on a page by page level? Here's the instructions: http://my.studiopress.com/setup/goinggreen-theme/. Don't expect you to read them, but would be grateful for someone to say, "this is your next step..."

This is the header image part

Or you may be referring to the featured image on all single posts which you add on the Edit Post screen under Featured Image
