We have two websites dealing with leasehold law (residential property) and want to create a single forum, which could work well for both sites.

The sites are http://www.BetterRetirementHousing.com and http://www.leaseholdknowledge.com

They are both hosted with the same company in UK. They have separate WordPress installations.

The websites are visited by 2,000 – 5,000 people every day.

The forum needs to be a simple, fast registration for all, where issues can be raised and advice sought.

It would be very advantageous to have one area that is private, requiring different registration.

For the public forum a social media presence would be great, as close to Facebook as possible.

We have been considering IP.Board from Invision.

    Any thoughts?

Or would a subdomain, or using bbPress and BuddyPress be worth considering?
