HI, I just installed the Genesis Framework and the child theme Streamline via the WP dashboard. When previewing them before activating, I'm seeing this error for both:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_child_theme() in /home/content/e/m/e/emeraldm/html/wordpress/wp-content/themes/genesis/lib/init.php on line 67

    Can anyone help?

Looks like Genesis is not uploaded fully. Try deleting genesis directory from wp-content/themes and uploading it again.
