    Hello,

    I am using enterprise-pro child and trying to use and image as the logo.

    Searching online shows that the following should be available....it isn't:

    Genesis > Theme Settings > Header settings

    What am I missing? Seems this is such a hassle with Genesis.

    Thoughts?

    You'll have to add the function in the functions.php file for custom header support:

    /** Add support for custom header **/
    add_theme_support( 'genesis-custom-header', array( 'width' => 960, 'height' => 100 ) );

    or use a plugin like this to upload the logo: https://wordpress.org/plugins/genesis-logo-uploader/

    I installed the plugin an get this message:

    Oh No!! You have custom_header activated in your functions.php. Open that file and remove:
    add_theme_support( 'custom-header' );

    Is it really necessary to chnage a core file (functions.php) to be able to use a logo instead of the title text in genesis?

    I use cobaltapps dynamic website builder and the knowledgebase there doesn't mention any additional plugin!

    Hi Dilasso,

    The plugin won't work with add_theme_support( 'custom-header' ); active. That's usually on the child theme file, not the main core files. I'm not familiar with Dynamik and how it works or if it already has something in it for the logo.

    Alternatively, if you don't want to use the plugin, you can use the default custom header, I made the plugin though because I'm not a fan of that method.
