    To remove both post meta and info inserting snippets of code into functions.php as I did it with any other themes with no problem:

    //* Remove the post info function
    remove_action( 'genesis_before_post_content', 'genesis_post_info' );

    //* Remove the post meta function
    remove_action( 'genesis_after_post_content', 'genesis_post_meta' );

    Nothing happens.... here

    Hi,
    You have Genesis 2, and you're trying to use Genesis 1 hooks. These hooks should be used instead. Essentially, "content" has become "entry". You may also need to use priority, but possibly not.

    genesis_before_entry
    genesis_after_entry
