    Hi,

I searched the forum, but did not find this topic addressed yet.

I just bought and installed the Genesis Framework and the Genesis Sample theme. When I do so, the setting Appearance > Header disappears. Added the plugin Genesis Simple Headers, but this does not change a thing.

What do I do wrong? How can I add an image in the header?

    Thanks!
    Bas

    Hi Brad,

I was thinking about doing that. Is my assumption correct that the Sample theme doesn't support header image uploads?

    Cheers,
    Bas

The tutorial i linked to covers all of that. You can simply replace the default in the child themes images folder or add support for a custom header.

Brad, saw in your post that you linked to that the Gen 2 is free now?

Nevermind, I think it is the Gen Sample Child theme that is free.
