yesterday i tried to use a background image for genesis child / genesis sample (Childtheme delivered with the framework). When i resize the browser (go to smaller screens/smaller breakpoints) there is no padding between the background image and the entry container and the other containers. How can i use a background-image no-repeat (background-size:cover) with a minimum of css adjustments. It doesn´t look good without padding...

Has anybody the sample Genesis child theme with a fullscreen background image AND PADDING between the background image and the containers (entry, comment. sidebar boxes...)

Thank you very much for your help

If padding is not working for you, then you add 'white' border for the padding effect in specific section with background image. As such, adding margin to that section should do the trick.
