Genesis compatibility with PHP 7.0

I am assessing the compatibility of my site with PHP 7.0 and found the following warnings with regard to the Genesis Theme:

Will this cause issues if I upgrade? What's the guidance here?

These are only warnings from PHPCS and they can be ignored here. PHP won't ever introduce native functions that start with __genesis_. Genesis works absolutely fine with PHP 7.0.
