    Hi Guys,

Sorry if this is a little vague but I'm working with the info I have.

I work as support for a client who had a site build by another agency using a purpose-built child theme of Genesis.

In the admin area there's a 'Manual' section which should house documentation and tutorial videos according to the client. They've said they were able to access these before but aren't anymore.

The errors that I get in the manual and video sections respectively are:

'The serial number for these videos is incorrect or no longer active.'
    'User ID is Invalid'

Should these sections always be available for a licensed version of Genesis or does it need to be renewed? The only thing I could find on this (although admittedly I didn't spend a huge amount of time looking) was this:

    https://store.carriedils.com/activating-your-theme-license/

but I understand it could be completely irrelevant.

If I need to renew the license, how do I do it? And will the fact that it's a custom built theme affect any of this?

Sorry for the multiple ambiguous, not particularly technical questions, but I'm very lost on this one.

    Thanks,
    briainod

That was specific to a third party child theme vendor and not Studiopress.
