Hi,

How can I edit the title of the breadcrumb?

Yoast SEO allows you to change it.

Genesis Breadcrumbs: http://bajajpi.wpengine.com/practice-areas/car-accidents/ (shows same as H1)

Yoast SEO: http://getinjuryanswers.com/practice-areas/car-accidents/ (shows "car accidents" for breadcrumb, but "San Diego Car Accident Attorney" for H1).
