    I admit I am stumped on this one. I know FB's new post image sizes. To have a full width image instead of a thumbnail your feature image or the image in the post itself should be a minimum of 1200 px wide and 627px tall. No matter which Genesis child theme I use it always shows the thumbnail view. I have the same image in the post and set as the featured image.
    I have used the fb debug page and even if it shows the full image but shows the preview as a thumbnail. I've tried this on clients sites over several themes and all of them have this issue.
    I have tried setting og: size meta tags that didn't help.

    This post has a featured image (same image) that is 1200px wide x 627 px tall

    I can't figure out why it isn't working. It seems all the older FB image plugins are out of date and no longer work.

    If you share the post to FB, it shows up as it should. The shareaholic modal pop-up is just messing with you. It doesn't show a thumbnail when posted to FB as I just tested it. See here: http://beil.io/NdCU

    Even the FB debug was showing the thumbnail. Weird.
