I am trying to give myself a Full Site Editoring experience using just the 2 x Pro Plugins + Genesis Block Theme

I've downloaded the latest Guttenburg plug-in & under Guttenburg 'Settings' there now no checkbox to allow FSE.

Is this built in now? I am unsure what it did. I am trying to see if there's a way to edit the header & footer, also see how to remove title from pages.

The things I am attempting above don't seem to be part of a block or page builder. Is this something we have to wait for 5.8 to do?

FSE and the Gutenberg plugin are still Beta. Neither of which should be used in a Live environment.

I have created a site, but now I want to change my theme because the present theme may not be good for my site. I have a great theme but I don't how to change it. This is my website if you want to check and give suggestions. please help me
