    I use the Corporate Child theme. My website is http://www.interlakesailing.org . How can I expand my site to full screen? I am not a coder. I need a plug and play type solution. I have no skills editing the style.css file.

    This is only possible through custom editing of style.css file. There is no plugin for such customization. As of now your website has 960px width, you can switch it to 100% width or make background color white to give look of full width website.
