Please help me.
I need to add a full screen (full browser width) widget area in the content section for a homepage using the sample child theme. (NOT THE FULL WIDTH TEMPLATE)
Look at the Studiopress homepage.
This is what I have been struggling to create for 3days now:
< ---- WIDGET AREA - FULL BROWSER SCREEN WIDTH ------>
Not the full width template because that is contained, I need to fill the whole screen left and right
PLEASE can somebody help me with this because my hair has started falling out over this.
Something that should be really simple to do is driving me nuts.
Note: if you look at the Sample child theme the navigation background uses the full screen size. This is what I need for the content area below it. I need to add a widget area that isn't contained by the fixed width of the theme.
