The recommended size is 1600x1080 but I want to use an image that is 1600x570. Where do I go to make that adjustment?

This appears to be an issue with backstretch.js

The image width gets cut off on my laptop and only a small portion of the picture appears on my phone.

Can someone help me resolve this situation?
