How did you do the social media navbar link in Pretty Pictures theme?

Been searching for an answer but can't find anything.

The Social Media Navbar links are set up as custom menu items indented under "Follow Me" which is a custom menu item with no specific URL associated with it

If you import the demo content, it's all included for you - you would just need to customize each of the links for the various social media.
