Fix the right sidebar position on Sixteen Nine

I'd like to fix the position of the right sidebar just like the left sidebar is fixed on the Sixteen Nine theme. So when you scroll, essentially, only the middle part would scroll since the left and right sidebars would be fixed.

Any suggestions?

Look for this:

.sidebar-primary {

Then add to it:

position: fixed;
margin: 10px;

You can make the margin larger if you want.

I did this. Looks great on desktop but no so good on ipad.
