    I would love any feedback to my website. I am getting a high bounce rate and I am not sure why. I am NOT a web designer but I have created this site. Any feedback would be greatly encouraged.

    Which template you use?
    I don't think that the bounce-rate depends on your site. For me is it a bit diffcult to give a professional opinion to your content. Because we have lots of differences culture-bound. I am from Switzerland and all the stuff-handling of such kind of work you do is totally different to ours.
    But maybe you touch the private life of your readers to near with the content... Often people doesn't want to read about addictions or to change the life. They often suppress the facts. Like co-alcoholics.
    Maybe it is helpful when you write clear kind as: "You only are able to change your life. Nobody else - included coaches, trainers or members of a supportgroup can do that for you. So move your a... and go for it!"

    Hi 1slorunner,

    What do you consider high? Are you looking at the bounce-rate of the front-page? Maybe you are looking at the site-wide bounce rate? This can be high because each website has irrelevant traffic. And when you dont have a lot of traffic at all then the refferal spam can cause a very high bounce rate.

    just to be clear.... there are many factors that play into a website's bounce rate. Design is just one of them! Competition, content, sales cycle etc....

    However, from a design point of view, I am NOT surprised that you have a high bounce rate....

    Dark/Aggressive choice of colors .... I feel like it is the end of the world when I look your website ..... LIGHTEN UP ! Needs positive vibes...

    Homepage design can be improved (especially since it is your landing page).... Looks pretty cheap

    Advice, copy from the best!
