    Hi there!

    I'm trying to get the featured posts to look like the one from here (http://www.housetohome.co.uk on the right hand column with the buttons most popular & featured) could you please tell me how this is done using SRP,

    SRP = Special Recent Posts - sorry I really should have out that before lol

    I don't think the Special Recent Posts plugin is applicable here. The effect is most achieved with javascript. There are some plugins that do this kind of thing for widgets in your sidebar. Search in the WordPress plugins repository for these:

    WP Tab widget
    Widgets in tabs

    Both do basically the same thing with a few differences. Try them out and see if they can do what you want.
