I know there is a Featured Page (singular) widget and a Featured Posts (plural) widget. Trying to find a Featured Pages (plural) widget to highlight multiple pages under one heading.

Is there such a widget that I'm missing?

There isn't a Featured "Pages" plugin. You need to use more than one Featured Page in a widget area for that.
