    Somewhere in the recent upgrades a search box has appeared in the header of this site..
    The one at the top of the sidebars I did put there.. the one up in the header I did NOT put up there..

    Go into Genesis > Theme Settings > Primary Navigation Extras > is the Search Button showing in the drop down? It appears that that area of your site is part of the primary navigation; it's possible that for some reason, it's activated itself.
