    While doing a google search , I have found that many people can download Pro Plus package from mirrors and use in their websites.
    Is this legal?

    Due to the GPL under which the themes are published, technically it is legal.

    People doing so, however, are taking a risk that their code has been embedded with a virus, for example. They are also not entitled to free StudioPress support.
