    I would like to have the ability to have some pages with Sidebars and some without - How do I create a new page template that would accomplish this?

    I want the default to be Content / Sidebar and then an option to just have no sidebar....

    Please advise.

    There is no need for a new template. Just scroll down the page editor to the layout options metabox and select the full width option.
