    I have used studipress executive theme. Here is my site,

    There are two horrible problems:
    1. the page sticks sometime while scrolling, it does not give smooth scrolling effect
    3. the images and slider loads up very slowly

    What is the problem? is that some sort of bug. thanks for help.

    1. didn't notice any issues while scrolling up & down (really madly scrolling that is)
    2. your images need resizing... for example : the "workplace" image is 2496x1664 pixels large and a whopping 2.49 megabytes... Resize them accordingly and they will pop on your screen much quicker.

    (possibly this also causes your scrolling problem as loading all those images requires bandwidth and makes your web experience less fluid)
