    hi,
    how do i change the blue color of links, rollovers and anything else blue in the default of the executive theme?

    please tell me specifically where to go in the css - i'm a total beginner with code

    the color i wish to use is # cc9933
    is that the correct format of color code used by wordpress?

    Use #cc9933 -

    This is the color of the blue - #64C9EA. So just scroll through and locate all references to #64C9EA - change to #cc9933.
