I am getting this error whenever I update the Genesis in a new wordpress installation. Any idea why?
It seems when you update to wordpress 3.5.2 from a clean install you get the error message you quoted. Seems like there are compatibility issues with either genesis or the child theme.
I did a clean install without the wordpress upgrade to 3.5.2 and everything went smooth. There is obviously a compatibility issue that needs to be looked at.
i see - i'll try without updating the wordpress first. thank you 🙂
i have the same problem. but not i can't get back into the dashboard to backout either one of the updates. how do I fix this? when i display my website all i get is the error message.
i can't get back to the dashboard either so i just had to delete my WP installation and reinstall
i wonder if this also affects blogs that recently updated WP version
I have this problem too. Attempting to go back to original version of Genesis via cpanel...
Oh and for the record, I'm only at V3.3.2 of wordpress...
