So I purchased the Epik theme that is promoted by studiopress and I can't get any support.
I've filled out the form a few days ago and they haven't contacted me.
The theme is suppose to have an update that fixes the mobile menu burger to work in a list vs just showing the bar which is a terrible way to do mobile menus.
I'm going to just go ahead and fix it myself but I'm wondering if other people bought this theme and got the same very poor support. Not sure why Studio Press is promoting something on there site that you can't even get access to theme updates without submitting a form to say you purchased it from studio press and they don't get back to you.
I've been pretty happy with my studiopress themes up until purchasing epik.
I've had luck reaching Wes on twitter before to help when I needed a quick answer.
Thanks, The issue isn't really the theme it's that i can't seem to get access to the support forums or the upcoming files as i don't have an Appfinite account and they haven't gotten back to me to give me access as i purchased the theme through studiopress site.
Anytime someone signs up for the forum, the system sends out an email with the user/password. So double check your email (including your spam folder) and you should see it.
I can see that your account was created on the 23rd at 12:05 PM. So you can check your email near that date if you need.....or you can login or change your password here - http://appfinite.com/forums/ (at the top)

I've checked everythying multiple times no email but my user name and password works which will resolve the issue for me thank you very much.
